These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and CraftYourDeck (a product of Craft Your Deck LLC). By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
"Platform" means the CraftYourDeck website, web application, APIs, and all related SaaS services.
"Generated Content" means any images, text, files, or other creative outputs produced by the Platform's AI systems in response to User input.
You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to create an account on the Platform or use any Platform services. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
When you use the Platform to generate content, you receive a license to use that Generated Content in accordance with the terms of your active subscription tier. The Platform makes no representation or guarantee regarding the copyright eligibility of any Generated Content.
We offer various licensing tiers for personal and commercial usage of the digital files exported from our software. Please see our pricing page for details.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries related to payments and handles returns and chargebacks.
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your designated payment method. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled by the User before the renewal date.
Please refer to our Refund Policy. Initiating a chargeback without attempting to resolve the issue with support will result in immediate account suspension.
Users may not generate content that is illegal, depicts child sexual abuse (CSAM), promotes hate speech or violence, infringes on intellectual property, or creates non-consensual depictions of real persons.
We retain exclusive ownership of all proprietary algorithms and software infrastructure. Users retain ownership of their original inputs.
THE PLATFORM AND ALL GENERATED CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding any claim.
Your data is protected securely. Post-cancellation, we retain user data for up to twelve (12) months for legal compliance (including fraud prevention and dispute resolution) before securely deleting it. For more details, please see our Privacy Policy.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We reserve the right to terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.
Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis, waiving the right to a jury trial or class action participation.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before taking effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full effect.
