Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Because CraftYourDeck provides digital cloud-based SaaS services and downloadable digital goods, our refund policy is designed to be fair while protecting against abuse of digital assets.

2. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. When you cancel, your subscription will not auto-renew at the end of the current billing cycle. You will retain access to your account, tools, and credits until the end of your current paid period.

If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated without first attempting to resolve the issue with our support team, your account will be immediately suspended pending resolution. We strongly encourage you to contact us first to resolve any billing issues amicably.
